Overview
SampleFlow tracks the full lifecycle of brand product samples in the creator-economy era. Brands send samples out, creators receive them, content gets made, sales happen, samples come back (or don’t). Today that’s a mess of email threads, shared spreadsheets, and lost packages. SampleFlow gives the brand team one running view of every sample in motion.
What it tracks
- Sample requests — capture creator interest with a structured request flow.
- Shipment & tracking statuses — know where every sample is without checking a carrier site.
- Creator activity & due dates — expected content delivery dates and follow-up reminders.
- TikTok Shop affiliate links — generate and manage affiliate-tagged links per creator, per sample, per campaign.
- Return logistics — for samples that go back, automate the return shipment and reconcile against inventory.
- Campaign reporting — roll up sample, content, and affiliate-conversion data by campaign.
How affiliate links work
SampleFlow facilitates the creation of TikTok Shop affiliate links and tracks which creator was sent which sample for which video. When a viewer clicks an affiliate link, they leave the SampleFlow ecosystem and are taken to TikTok’s own platform — that’s where the purchase happens and where TikTok handles all checkout data. SampleFlow does not store private TikTok credentials, account passwords, or session tokens. Affiliate platforms (TikTok, Amazon, Walmart) may share aggregated commission data back so brands can be credited for referred sales.
Privacy & data
Sample records, creator contact info (when provided), and campaign data are stored securely via Supabase. Brand accounts control their own data and can export or delete it through the data deletion portal. See the Privacy Policy for full details, including the Affiliate Marketing Programs disclosure.
