1. Introduction

Lazy B Studios LLC (“Lazy B Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) develops and operates mobile and enterprise software applications. Our portfolio spans a live enterprise platform (Chemflo Suite), public apps launching soon to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store (Bill Reminder, Golf Tracker), tools in active development (Full Stroke, SampleFlow), and additional research prototypes (Golden Days, Signops Pro, and others) (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use any of our Services. By downloading, installing, or using a Lazy B Studios LLC application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Account registration details (name, email address, password)
• Optional profile information
• App-specific data you enter: repair records, golf scores, bill due dates, work orders, inventory records, or sample tracking data
• Support communications and feedback
• Business information provided when setting up an enterprise account

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device information: model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
• Usage data: features accessed, session duration, in-app navigation patterns, and crash reports
• IP address (used to derive approximate region for security and analytics)
• App performance metrics used to identify and resolve technical issues

2.3 What We Do Not Collect

• Precise GPS location without explicit in-app opt-in consent
• Camera, microphone, or photo library access without explicit permission
• Personal data from children under 13 years of age
• Raw payment card numbers — all payments are processed by third-party PCI-compliant providers

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve our Services
• To personalize your in-app experience
• To send service-related communications, security alerts, and account notices
• To respond to customer support requests and resolve disputes
• To analyze usage patterns and diagnose technical issues
• To detect, prevent, and address fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes

We do not use your data for targeted advertising and we do not build advertising profiles based on your activity.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Sharing is strictly limited to (a) user-initiated actions you take within an app — such as sharing scores within a Golf Tracker group or sharing a note through a Golden Days Circle of Caregivers — and (b) the trusted service providers listed below that are necessary to operate the Services.

4.1 Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party vendors who have access to your data only as needed to perform their functions and are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality. Current providers include:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and secure backend storage for account and app data (supabase.com/privacy)
• Vercel — website and web application hosting (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
• Google Play / Google Firebase — Android app distribution and optional analytics (policies.google.com/privacy)
• Apple App Store — iOS app distribution (apple.com/legal/privacy)

4.2 Affiliate Marketing Programs

Future Lazy B Studios LLC Services (such as a planned future version of our golf app) may include affiliate marketing links to third-party platforms such as TikTok Shop, Amazon Associates, or Walmart Affiliates. No currently released or in-development Service uses affiliate marketing. When affiliate links are introduced in a Service, clicking one will take you off our platform and to the third party’s site. That third party — not Lazy B Studios LLC — collects, processes, and stores any data generated by your activity on their site (including clicks, purchases, device identifiers, and any account information you submit there).

Where applicable, affiliate partners may share aggregated or commission-related data back with us so we can be credited for referred sales. We do not receive raw payment card data or your underlying third-party account credentials. Please review each affiliate platform’s own privacy policy before clicking through. This Privacy Policy will be updated before any affiliate integration is activated in a Service.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lazy B Studios LLC, our users, or the public.

4.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. App-Specific Data Practices

The following summarizes the user-provided data each application handles. Apps are grouped by release stage so you can see clearly which Services are currently live, which are launching soon to public app stores, which are in active development, and which are still in research and prototyping.

5.1 Live Solutions

• Chemflo Suite — private chemical-manufacturing ERP currently deployed at an industrial chemical blending operation. Handles sales quotes and orders, customer records, formulas, blending batch sheets, inventory and audits, and trucking dispatch. Customer data is stored in Supabase with row-level security policies; access is governed by the customer’s service agreement. Integrates with Samsara (truck GPS/telematics) and Google Maps.

5.2 Public Apps (Launching Soon to Google Play & the App Store)

• Bill Reminder — tracks bill names, amounts, due dates, and payment schedules. Account-tied data is stored securely via Supabase; data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not collect or store any bank login or payment card data.
• Golf Tracker — stores golf scores, handicap index, course information (including slope and rating), and optional player profile. The Social Score Tracking feature lets users share scores and handicaps within user-created groups. Data is shared only with members of groups you explicitly join or create — never publicly and never with advertisers.

5.3 In Development

• Full Stroke — repair shop management app handling customer names, equipment records, work order tickets, and parts. Includes an in-app AI assistant for shop owners. Planned future features include invoicing and automated customer SMS notifications, which will be disclosed in this Privacy Policy before the underlying integrations are activated.
• SampleFlow — brand sample management tool that facilitates the creation of TikTok video links and tracks brand samples, statuses, and due dates. SampleFlow does not use affiliate marketing, and does not store private TikTok credentials, passwords, or session tokens.

5.4 Research & Development Prototypes

• Golden Days — family journaling and Circle of Caregivers concept exploring how primary account holders could selectively share memories, milestones, or care notes with invited family and caregivers. Prototype-stage; no live user data.
• Signops Pro — workflow-management concept for signage fabrication shops covering design approval, production scheduling, and field install. Prototype-stage; no live user data.
• Firewood Delivery, Macro Dieting, and Service Industry App — early-stage concepts not yet available as products. These prototypes may eventually utilize GPS routing, AI-voice API calls, in-app payments, or additional third-party integrations. Any new data collection introduced by these features will be disclosed in this Privacy Policy and, where required, will request explicit user consent before activation.

None of the above categories of data are sold, rented, or shared with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. When you close your account or submit a valid deletion request (see Section 7), we will remove your data from active systems within 30 calendar days, except where retention is required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, legal disputes, or financial record-keeping (typically up to 7 years for financial records where required by law).

7. Data Deletion Requests

In compliance with Google Play’s 2026 Developer Policy and Apple App Store guidelines, Lazy B Studios LLC provides a clear, web-accessible process for users to request the deletion of their personal data at any time, regardless of whether they still have an active account or the app installed.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion — request permanent deletion of your personal data (see Section 7)
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Opt-Out — unsubscribe from non-essential marketing communications at any time
• Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data while a dispute is resolved

9. Third-Party Services & SDKs

Our applications may integrate third-party SDKs or link to external services not operated by Lazy B Studios LLC. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their policies independently.

Any personal data shared with third-party AI services, analytics platforms, or integrated tools will be disclosed in this policy before deployment. We obtain explicit user consent prior to sharing personal data with any such service where required by applicable law.

10. Security

We implement industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption for data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive fields at rest, role-based access controls, and regular internal security reviews. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Report suspected security issues to support@lazybstudios.com.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from minors. Account creation across all Lazy B Studios LLC apps is intended for adult users (18+).

Golden Days note: While Golden Days is designed for families to record memories, milestones, and care notes about loved ones — including children — the application is directed at and used by adult caregivers, parents, and family members. Any information about a child stored in Golden Days is entered voluntarily by the adult account holder, who is solely responsible for the content of their journal entries. Golden Days does not provide accounts to, market to, or knowingly collect data directly from minors.

If we learn we have inadvertently collected personal information directly from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately. If you believe we hold data collected directly from a child under 13, contact us at support@lazybstudios.com.

12. International Users

Our Services are operated from the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy regardless of where it is processed.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make significant changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top and, where appropriate, provide notice via in-app notification or email. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
