Chemflo Suite

Overview

Chemflo Suite is a chemical-manufacturing ERP currently in production at an industrial chemical blending operation. It pulls the full plant workflow — from a sales quote through a delivered drum — into a single platform, replacing the patchwork of spreadsheets, separate apps, and double-entry that most blenders have grown up around.

Sales, production, inventory, and dispatch all read from the same data — nobody re-keys an order number or a customer address.

What it covers

• Sales — quote builder, freight calculator, new orders, direct sales, order templates, and a complete customer record.
• Production — formula management with strict 100%-sum ingredient validation, real-time cost-per-pound and cost-per-gallon previews, and blending batch sheets for the floor.
• Inventory — receiving workflow, current stock, supplier records, month-end audits, and a full admin audit trail of every chemical update.
• Dispatch — trucking scheduling, drivers, trailers, and reusable dispatch templates, with live truck GPS via the Samsara integration and routing via Google Maps.
• Reports — operational reporting across inventory, sales, and production.

On the roadmap

Planned modules include timekeeping (punch clock for hourly staff), maintenance ticketing (pipes, motors, trucks), and an integrated document office (SDS sheets and product labels).

Tech stack & deployment

Built on TypeScript and deployed via Vercel. Data and authentication run on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. UI is built with Tailwind CSS. Integrations include Samsara (truck GPS / telematics) and Google Maps. Currently delivered as a managed cloud deployment; bespoke onboarding is part of every customer engagement.

Privacy & data

Customer data is stored in Supabase with row-level security policies that scope access by role and by company. Access is governed by your service agreement — we don’t use operational data for analytics or training and we don’t share it across customers.
